Well this is the world we live in And these are the hands we're given. Or will I lose my ability to use apps purchased in a different location after I Home location was set to Russia with Home location set back to the United States? The question is: what if I will be switching Home location to Russia just to make purchases in Microsoft Store, and then switch back to the United States to browse Store and read reviews? Will I be able to use apps that were purchased when If I set Russia as my home location, this allows me to purchase apps using my credit card, but it also ties me to Russian part of Microsoft store where all reviews are written in Russian, etc. This settings prevents from using my credit card issued in Russia for making purchases in Microsoft Store however, it allows me to use English version of Microsoft Store, read reviews in English, etc. I switched to a different app and it popped up on the left side. I moved my mouse all over that little thing to get it to leave. I am currently living in Russia but have my Home location in The new rub for me now with Windows 8.1 was the right side Switch between apps menu that didn't want to disappear.
